Trader Register is a secure on-line application currently being used by 15 Trading Standards Departments and 1 Social Services Department who provide their Consumers and Traders with an on-line, fully branded and locally recognised register of assured / vetted Traders. Each department runs their scheme independently to their own standards, specifications and branding giving their Consumers a locally recognised service.

Fireworks Hotline

The Fireworks Hotline is a 24 hour 7 days a week Telephone Hotline answering calls from people who may be confused about the new Firework regulations or who are unsure of which agency to contact. The system is answered by fullly trained call centre staff based in the uk who use Questions and Answers written in conjunction with Staffordshire Trading Standards.
