The Trader Register Platform: -
Trader Register iFrame
This great new piece of software allows Local Authorities to place their Trader Scheme Quick Search and Advanced Search on any website including their own Council .gov.uk website.
Consumers and Traders can then search for a Registered Trader directly from the iFrame without having to leave the Council website.
We have also included the facility for Consumers to download the search results as a PDF and for Consumers to leave feedback about a Trader that has done work for them.

The Trader Register is a secure on-line software application that was designed by Trading Standards for Trading Standards and is fully managed and hosted by Siteon and requires No User Licences or IT Support and is currently the preferred platform for 19 Local Councils.

Interactive-sms.co.uk is a simple and easy to use web based Inbound and Out Bound Text Messaging Service, which is secure and confidential and can deliver Text Messages to different E-Mail addresses based on the Keyword and Identifier combination at the beginning of the Text message.
Fireworks Hotline
The Fireworks Hotline is a 24 hour 7 days a week Telephone Hotline answering calls from people who may be confused about the new Firework regulations or who are unsure of which agency to contact. The system is answered by fullly trained call centre staff based in the uk who use Questions and Answers written in conjunction with Staffordshire Trading Standards.
